Slow down, speak honestly, and experience being heard all the way to the end.
Most conversations are a rush to speak, advise, or reply. Open is 90 to 120 minutes of uninterrupted attention, where you don't have to perform, fix anything, or compete to be heard.
01The session
Light games to break the ice: no room of strangers.
Guided breathing to shift out of thinking mode.
Take your turn in the circle. No interruptions, advice, or judgment. Silence and prompts are available; passing is always allowed.
Give others complete focus without planning your reply.
Brief journaling and guided rest so you leave settled, not overwhelmed.
02Afterwards
You leave having said something you had only half-thought, and having been heard without interruption. The change often appears first in your own listening: you notice yourself planning a reply, and discover you can put it down.
